Before you leave........just an offering of some sound advice!

It has happened countless numbers of times that someone who originally sought to lease a domain name from THE DOMAIN NAME VAULT decided to wait until the end of the domain name registration period and then "make a grab for it."

The names which are offered here will remain registered and obtainable right here until such time as they are leased! The registration for each domain name will not be allowed to expire while it is being held by THE DOMAIN NAME VAULT and most certainly not at anytime during its period of leasing!

Please also be advised that by not acquiring your chosen name now  that it will be available to anyone else in the entire world who searches for it and is automatically re-directed to the previous page from which you just arrived !

This, of course, means that if someone else leases the name before you do, then you have absolutely and unequivocally lost the opportunity to lease it for an indeterminate period of time!

Remember....domain names are unique. If someone else chooses your desired name before you do....it's theirs for the duration of their chosen lease period!

This does  happen, in fact it has happened many times, and it could  happen with your desired domain name!

(Good Advice!) Lease your desired domain name today! It could be gone by tomorrow!

If you wish to lease a domain name from The DOMAIN NAME VAULT all you need do is verify that you own the present domain by sending an e-mail with a telephone contact number. We will call you for information so that we can verify your ownership of your website's present domain name. Following this all you need do then is to forward the lease fee. You don't have to worry about what a DNS is or what it does, or how the information applies to your website. We take care of all of that for you! You will receive an e-mail leasing form showing your name and/or your business name and the terms of the lease which are pretty simple. You "lease" the chosen domain name for a period of one year (365 days.) After the lease expires you will have the option of renewing even if someone else wants to use it after your term is over. You still have the right to claim it for another year and upon payment of the leasing fee it's yours again. Your leasing fee WILL NEVER INCREASE DURING THE TERM OF THE LEASE.  However there may be an increase in the leasing fee at the end of each term. Also we are NOT responsible for "downtime" during normal server maintenance periods or for web connectivity issues which may sometimes occur. Unfortunately, these issues are beyond our control. That's about it!

If you DO NOT already have a website and you wish to lease a domain name from THE DOMAIN NAME VAULT please contact us yourself if you are building your own site. If you are having a website built for you then please have your web architect contact us directly!

As soon as you receive confirmation from us that the lease fee has been received and collected, you then have immediate use of your leased domain name! The path or connection, at that point, will then have already been established for your domain name to connect with your hosting and take visitors directly to your existing website with your new domain name!

At the end of the lease period you have the option to renew or discontinue the use of the domain name as indicated above. It just doesn't get any easier than this! The standard lease period, for your convenience, is one full year!

Be sure to include in your e-mail the specific and exact domain name(s) you want to lease along with what you wish to use for your contact name and the telephone number where you can be reached during normal business hours Monday through Friday!
